Leading a Culture of Innovation Excellence

A collective and vibrant innovation culture is the critical glue that unites the departments and operational units of any organisation as they embark on the Transformation journey. Yet the keys to innovate in a complementary, coherent and balanced fashion across different stakeholders has always proved elusive, due in part to the different perceptions and gaps in infrastructure to support innovation. This course will reveal 6 foundational pillars to circumvent the complexities, build strong innovation culture from the inside-out and go back to basics in extending the longevity of culture.

Participants will acquire essential skills to:

  • Foster a conducive and aligned innovation posture for the organisation
  • Learn the pivotal traits which leaders must possess to lead breakthrough innovations
  • Recruit people with the desired traits to drive the innovation movement
  • Develop a collective mantra to inspire and guide team members in their innovation journey
  • Establish structures and processes to facilitate growth and spur the team towards success
